“People are Willing to Pay the Price”: Travelsavers’ Clementino on Luxury Travel at Miami Symposium

Attendants at the Affluent Traveler Symposium were bullish on luxury travel growth in Canada, which stands at 40%. Open Jaw’s Natasha McKenty speaks with advisors as well as Travelsavers execs Nicole Mazza and Jane Clementino.

Jane Clementino, SVP and GM of Travelsavers Canada, shared details of the heightened consumer demand for high-end travel, with luxury sales up 40% this year. "Luxury and premium sales in Canada surpassed our mass market sales. Everybody wants the high sensory, the indulgence, the immersive culture, and they want it to be personalized and unique. And people are paying the price for it."

Nicole Mazza, Chief Marketing Officer of The Affluent Traveler Collection, said that of the 250 advisors attending the event, 55 were from Canada. And three Canadian advisors talk about how attending the event in Miami benefits their business, as well as how to attract the future generation of advisors.
