NexusTours: Groups, Weddings ‘Core Driver’ of 2023 Success

NexusTours, part of GoNexus Group, announced that 2023 ended with 5000 groups and weddings, handling over 230K guests, an increase of 225% over the 2022 performance.

The company said it's poised to reach a milestone of 270,000 passengers in its groups and wedding business by year-end. This objective aims to "solidify this business segment,"  which boasted a total handling of 1.8 million passengers in 2023.

New enhancements:

  • Travel Partner Implant: Establishing a new role to support the client and group in the destination, adding value and destination expertise to Travel Partners.
  • Pre-Arrival Calling Programme: Multilingual specialists engage with travel agents and groups of individuals before arrival, facilitating bookings, discounts, and assistance.
  • Travel Partner Portal: Through this innovation and technology platform, travel agencies can enhance their group's journey.
