Tahiti Selects Zeno Group as Canadian Agency of Record

Tahiti

Tahiti Tourisme, the DMO (Destination Marketing Organization) for the country of French Polynesia, more commonly known as The Islands of Tahiti, has named Zeno Group its marketing agency of record for Canada.

Zeno won the integrated marketing assignment after a multi-round RFP process that began in August 2023.

“We are thrilled to welcome Zeno into the great Tahiti Tourisme family and look forward to working with them to promote our beautiful islands in Canada,” said Gina Bunton, Chief International Operations Officer for Tahiti Tourisme HO. “We are convinced that this new collaboration will allow us to improve our visibility and efficiency across Canada.”

Kicking off in January 2024, Zeno’s AOR mandate will include strategic planning, creative, PR, travel trade engagement, partnerships, influencer, digital, social, and experiential.

“Canadian travellers are looking to escape the stress and ordinariness of everyday life and Tahiti is the antidote to both,” said Julie Georgas, Managing Director, Zeno Canada.  “When someone travels to Tahiti they are welcomed into a world of wonder and natural beauty with all the warmth of the Polynesian culture. Their stress melts away and they can find themselves again in paradise. Zeno is honoured to represent the Islands of Tahiti in Canada and to help more Canadians discover the true magic of Tahiti.”

Veronica Petcoff, Senior Account Director at Zeno Group, will lead all travel trade initiatives for Tahiti Tourisme.

Over the course of the partnership, Zeno will promote Tahiti as the ultimate escape for Canadian travellers through marketing campaigns that highlight all the natural wonders and stunning unspoiled beauty, unique adventures, restorative experiences, and rich, welcoming culture that Tahiti has to offer.
