With the addition of these new voyages, Silversea will expand its global coverage by deploying its 10 ships to over 690 destinations in 125 countries.

In addition, the line will sail in Canada & New England during the summer months for the first time.

Conrad Combrink, Silversea’s Senior Vice President of Expeditions, Turnaround Operations and Destination Management, shared insights into the 2023/2024 itinerary highlights with a new video.

New 2023/2024 Itineraries

Silversea will run its season from MAR 2023 to MAY 2024, with 60 maiden calls, an increased 197 overnight calls, and over 60 combination voyages for extended exploration.

Debuting Summer Departures in Canada and New England:

Silversea will set sail Canada and New England itineraries in the summer, a first for the line. They build on Silversea’s already-established itineraries for these regions, which will now include an overnight call in Boston, Massachusetts.

More Variety in Alaska:

Silversea is offering greater variety of Alaska with new combinable itineraries to offer extended explorations, which build on the line’s seven-day itineraries aboard Silver Muse. The line will offer guests a chance to witness the Columbia Glacier with maiden calls to Icy Bay and Valdez.

New itineraries in Africa and the Indian Ocean:

Silversea’s new itineraries in the region will include in-depth explorations of the Red Sea and visits to the Arabian Peninsula for extended stays in the Persian Gulf. Other highlights include all-new South Africa and Namibia voyages with opportunities to witness the region’s wildlife on visits to safari reserves. Opportunities to explore the wildlife and geology of the Vanilla Islands are available on a visit to Skeleton Coast.

New Itineraries in Northern Europe:

Silversea offers its first-ever expedition voyages in the Baltic Sea, building on the cruise line’s customary offering in the Norwegian Fjords, the Baltic, Iceland, the British Isles and the Atlantic Coast. Travellers will have the opportunity to explore the Finnish Coast, as well as a chance to see the Northern Lights with Norwegian Fjord departures. Expeditions to the British Isles will explore new destinations such as the Farne Islands and Lindisfarne Island in the Scottish Isles.

Two New Grand Voyages

Silversea is offering two new grand voyages, taking place in 2023 and 2024 respectively.
