Upon its return to service, all ships in the Princess Cruises fleet will have MedallionClass, marking a significant increase from the company's previous five MedallionClass ships.

Here's what the Princess MedallionClass offers:

  • OceanMedallion: a quarter-sized, wearable device that enables everything from touch-free boarding to locating travel partners. This device also acts as the room key and payment card.
  • Touchless Service: Using the OceanNow feature, travellers can use their mobile device to order food, beverages, retail, and services from anywhere on board.
  • Personalized & On Demand Service: Princess says it has made on-demand services a priority, as consumers are used to getting goods and services wherever they want.
  • MedallionNet Wifi: Due to the increase in remote work, Princess has implemented MedallionNet Wifi on all ships. MedallionNet Wifi is super-charged high speed internet enabled by a new constellation of satellites. This wifi will be available in every area of the ship.
