Nicholson notes that it hasn’t been easy for the industry, but now that border restrictions are easing up, Canadians are eager to travel. She also addresses consumers, telling them to book with certified travel agents who are “living and breathing regulations,” before booking a trip and having to deal with searching through a confusing web of information online with no human support.
