The Bermuda Tourism Authority has appointed Charles Jeffers as CEO. Jeffers was hired following Kevin Dallas' departure from the post in FEB 2020. A Bermudian by birth, Jeffers was formerly COO at VisitBaltimore and prior to this, he served as COO for Destinations International, a global trade association for destination organizations.
