Barbados Will Reduce Quarantine Time For Vaccinated Visitors

Barbados has become the first Caribbean country to tweak its entry protocols for vaccinated travellers. Effective 08MAY, vaccinated travellers entering Barbados are permitted a reduced quarantine of one or two days if they can provide a vaccination certificate from AstraZeneca, Moderna, Pfizer or Johnson & Johnson vaccines. Vaccinated visitors still must provide proof of a negative PCR test result taken three days prior to travel, take a second PCR test upon arrival and use designated transportation to their approved accommodation. The quarantine time for unvaccinated travellers is five to seven days.
