TravelSavers Celebrates $250M in Sales

TRAVELSAVERS Canada Team

TravelSavers announced over CAD $250 million in new sales over the past year, along with various milestones and additional programming for its members.

"The TravelSavers model leads with a commitment to service and consultation. In growing our Business Analyst team, we are able to provide the best-in-class experience from a service and technology-driven perspective as demand increases," stated Jane Clementino, SVP and GM, Canada.

Leveraging 30 years in the travel industry, Clementino is celebrating her first anniversary with the company. In MAY, during her first Pink Couch interview, Jane Clementino and Open Jaw president Nina Slawek discussed the importance of Canadian leadership and the nature of the retail landscape.

Organizational Growth

TravelSavers welcomed 80 new members in the last twelve months, indicating substantial growth. The newest members of TravelSavers Canada include:

● Great Canadian Travel Group - Manitoba

● Tisson Travel Group - Alberta

● 510 Travel - Ontario

Sustainability Commitment

Announcing a partnership with Trees4Travel, TravelSavers Canada is taking a stand against emissions. Embarking on a multi-year commitment, they aim to offset the environmental impact of travel activities.

Engagement Initiatives

Clementino highlighted, "For TravelSavers, this is the year of engagement. We're considering the health of our affiliates and partners in everything we do and creating new opportunities for organic sales."

Aligning with this mission, TravelSavers Canada will host 'Dine & Discover' networking events in Vancouver, Toronto, and Montreal this fall, facilitating dialogue about the latest product offerings, tools, and industry trends. The Affluent Traveller Collection will host a symposium from 28OCT to 30OCT in Miami.

A New Educational Program

The retail group is gearing up to launch KORE, its newest education program. KORE is a digital college-level platform with a self-paced curriculum designed to attract the next generation of travel advisors and equip them with the training and skills they need to succeed in the industry as it evolves.

Technology Advancements

TravelSavers also plans to integrate AI into its content creation, workflow management, and efficiency systems. The company's applications are set to weave AI functionalities into social media platforms, itinerary building, cryptocurrency payment methods, and direct application programming interfaces. Furthermore, an IC model will be available on OnlineXpress, a consumer travel platform. Paired with enhancements to Softvoyage, an online booking engine, TravelSavers affiliates gain access to top-tier resources. As Open Jaw reported, TravelSavers Canada announced in JUN 2023 that it had upgraded its digital tools to meet the increasing demand for online travel bookings.
