Collette CEO Dan Sullivan celebrated 50 years with the company in JUN.
Sullivan joined Collette in 1973 as the 12th employee when Collette primarily focused on regional motorcoach tours.
Since then, Collette has grown into a global tour operator. According to a statement, Sullivan remains active in every aspect of the business, including tour guiding, product development, sales, and marketing.
He also chairs the Collette Foundation, a nonprofit that supports children through hunger and education initiatives, and is a member of the United States Tour Operators Association (USTOA) and the Committee Encouraging Corporate Philanthropy (CECP).
Sullivan is recognized for his contributions to responsible tourism and supports not-for-profit causes including the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Hospice, Hasbro Children's Hospital and Amos House. In recognition of his accomplishments, he was inducted into the Tourism Hall of Fame.
