DeMarinis Steps Down as President & CEO of Red Label Vacations; "Humbled" Tanious Takes Over

Frank DeMarinis will step down from his role as CEO of TravelBrands, Red Label Vacations, and Merit Travel, effective 21JUL. Nathalie Tanious will take over as his successor.

TravelBrands, Red Label Vacations, and Merit Travel have announced a change in leadership.

Frank DeMarinis, President & CEO, has decided to step down from his position, effective 21JUL, 2023.

DeMarinis has been a prominent figure in the Canadian travel industry and has made significant contributions during his tenure with the company. The organization expresses gratitude for his leadership and dedication.

Following DeMarinis's departure, Nathalie Tanious, the former COO, will take over as the CEO, effective 21JUL. Tanious's leadership skills, extensive industry knowledge and shared vision has led to a phenomenal career path. In a brief congratulatory phone call, Tanious told Open Jaw "I'm truly humbled."

For all of us at Open Jaw, and an industry primarily fuelled by a female workforce, the appointment is a breath of fresh air.
