Virgin Atlantic Trims Toronto Winter Frequency

Virgin Atlantic has scaled back its Toronto Pearson service for the upcoming winter season, cutting YYZ-LHR frequency from four weekly flights to three.

The reduction applies to winter 2026/27 schedule, from 25OCT, 2026 to 27MAR, 2027, operated by Virgin Atlantic’s 397-seat Airbus A350-1000.

Under the revised program, flight VS147 departs Heathrow at 13:05 and lands in Toronto at 16:00 on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays. The return leg, VS148, is split across two timings: a 20:30 Toronto departure arriving Heathrow at 08:35 the next day on Mondays and Thursdays, and a slightly later 21:00 departure arriving 09:05 the next day on Saturdays.
