Air Canada has announced the agency recipients of the 2019 Circle of Excellence (COE) Awards, through which the airline recognizes its top supporting agencies from across Canada.

COE qualification took place from October 2017 to September 2018. To be recognized, agencies had to achieve a number of metrics during the period, including revenue targets.

As well, AC says winners demonstrated through their ongoing performance a clear commitment to Air Canada and Air Canada Vacations as preferred suppliers. Inclusion in the COE earns agencies a number of benefits.

“Our COE program has evolved throughout the years and today has achieved great prestige, integrity and is sought after by our agency partners,” said Virgilio Russi, Senior Director Sales – Canada. Only the best agencies reach this status and can be justifiably proud of their contributions and accomplishments.”

Russi added: “Circle of Excellence recipients are Air Canada’s closest agency partners and are an extension of Air Canada’s sales force. They truly are Air Canada ambassadors and have unparalleled knowledge of Air Canada’s products and services. We have the privilege and pleasure of working with many terrific travel partners and I congratulate all of our COE winners for 2019 and thank you for your continued support and partnership.”
