Chef Alexandre Ciriello
A proud member of JRE-Belgium, Chef Alexandre Ciriello trained at the Pierre Romeyer Hotel School before honing his craft under renowned chefs Yves Mattagne, Peter Goossens, and Maxime Colin. He further refined his skills at The Jane in Antwerp and gained public recognition as a finalist on the French TV show Objectif Top Chef. In 2017, at just 20 years old, he opened L'Horizon, a celebrated fine-dining restaurant in Belgium known for its innovative yet tradition-rooted cuisine.
British Isles Cruise – Spirit of the Celts
The Spirit of the Celts voyage is a luxury exploration of the British Isles, traveling from Portsmouth to Dublin. Each destination unveils a blend of breathtaking landscapes, rich history, and vibrant traditions.
The journey includes the picturesque coastline of Fowey, the subtropical beauty of Tresco, and the grand architecture of Bantry. Dingle’s dramatic waves, Galway’s lively cultural scene, and the towering cliffs of Killybegs further highlight the region’s diverse character.
