PAL Airlines offers discounted fares for personal or leisure travel across its network in Quebec.
You and your customers can take advantage of reduced fares with the new Regional Air Access Program (RAAP) starting Monday, February 3, 2025. PAL Airlines will offer fare discounts ranging from 50% to 85% on select destinations across Quebec. Anyone travelling for personal reason can take advantage of these special fares.
Travel to Les Iles de la Madeleine, Gaspé or Fermont Wabush and enjoy a 60% fare discount, to Sept-Îles, 50% and 85% to Blanc-Sablon. (See applicable fare discount chart below) .
The discounts will apply to all our fares classes (Base – Standard, Flexible, and Freedom).
How to book?
To access the discounted fares, travel agents must book through the PAL travel agent portal.
Enter Origin & destination + dates
Enter Promo code in the tour code box
They will benefit from the normal commission offered in the Base Fare

Anyone travelling for personal leisure travel, including students.
