Crystal has announced an opportunity to earn up to 10% bonus commission on eligible sailings valid on bookings before 02FEB 2025.
The offer includes an upgrade onboard, a complimentary night in a hotel before or after the cruise, and complimentary garment care and dry-cleaning services across all guest rooms and suites.
The Suite Dreams Upgrade (“Offer”) is valid for new bookings made between December 2, 2024, and February 2, 2025, on select departures (“Eligible Voyages”); excludes World Cruise, Grand Journeys, and combination sailings. Subject to availability at time of booking. Guests booking certain guest rooms/suites on Eligible Voyages will receive an upgrade, as follows: Double Guest Rooms with Veranda will be upgraded to an Aquamarine Veranda Suite, Double Guest Rooms with Oceanview will be upgraded to a Sapphire Oceanview Suite, Aquamarine Ocean View Suites will be upgraded to a Sapphire Ocean View Suite, and Aquamarine Veranda Suites will be upgraded to a Sapphire Veranda Suite.
Offer includes one (1) complimentary laundry service comprised of (i) second-day dry cleaning for five pieces; (ii) one bag of free laundry every ten (10) cruise days; and (iii) free pressing (5pcs/day). Each booking is also eligible for either one (1) pre-cruise or post-cruise hotel night per booking when booked through Crystal; capped at $1,000 per suite or a $250 ‘As You Wish’ per person shipboard credit ($500 USD per suite). Hotels and accommodation categories are subject to availability; guests will be responsible for paying the price difference for specific requests above the $1000 USD per booking limit. Offer provides up to ten percent (10%) bonus commission (the “Bonus Commission”) on select departures (“Eligible Voyages”) to all qualified travel advisors booking guests under the Suite Dreams Upgrade promotion. Group bookings will receive up to five percent (5%) bonus commission. Bookings must be made and deposited between January 1, 2025 and March 31, 2025 (“Booking Window”). Bookings made on Eligible Voyages before the end of the Booking Window will qualify for the Bonus Commission (each a “Qualified Booking”). The Bonus Commission amount will be automatically added to Qualified Bookings at the time of confirmation and will be paid with normal commission payments. At least one (1) of the original guests must remain unchanged throughout the life of the reservation, otherwise the Bonus Commission will be rendered invalid and will be removed from the booking. Offer is combinable with select promotions including Sell Three, Sail Free. Offer is not combinable with any other bonus commission promotion, or select offers including, but not limited to, net rates and travel agent rates; only open to accredited travel advisors (must have a valid ARC, IATAN, TRUE, or CLIA number) who have registered with Crystal. Any changes made to the booking through the Reservation Call Center resulting in a new booking ID being issued, will disqualify the booking and the Bonus Commission will be void.
