Collette’s Travel Protection Plan ‘a Hit with Advisors’

Collette’s Travel Protection Plan has been a hit with Advisors and Travellers.

When booking seats on tour, travellers have the option to add trip insurance, which allows them to receive a full refund if they cancel more than 24 hours before their scheduled departure.

“There’s an added layer of comfort that our Travel Protection Plan comes along with,” said Jaclyn Leibl-Cote, chief executive officer at Collette. “Advisors and travellers who are thinking about booking with Collette typically love the worry-free aspect of not having to plan activities, stays, etc. Well, this plan allows for them to add the ‘what-ifs’ to the worry-free list. No matter what the reasoning, travellers will receive a fell refund if they need to cancel. Travel is meant to be relaxing and Collette understands that.”In addition to covering pre-trip cancellation, our Travel Protection Plan also includes the following benefits:

  • Travel Delay Support (daily stipend)
  • Trip Interruption (if travellers need to end a trip early)
  • Baggage Loss or Delay
  • Missed Connections (if travellers purchased air)
  • Medical Expenses for Illness or Injury
  • Emergency Assistance
