Perennial Tianjin Opens, Joining JdV by Hyatt

Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced the opening of The Perennial Tianjin as the fourth hotel to join the JdV by Hyatt brand in Greater China.

The Perennial Tianjin brings a new level of style to the dynamic Tianjin South Railway Station Business District, creating a vibrant cultural hub for urban travellers.

Located in the Tianjin South Station Business District, The Perennial Tianjin is nestled within The Perennial International Health and Medical Hub, a mixed-use complex that integrates healthcare, senior living, hospitality, and commercial facilities. Enjoying proximity to the Tianjin South Railway Station's high-speed rail and subway stations, the hotel is also a 15-minute drive from the ancient town of Yangliuqing. Here, the old and the new intersect, and fashion blends with tradition, offering guests a unique Tianjin living experience.

The independent hotel offers 178 comfortable guest rooms and suites, starting from 376 square feet (35 square meters). All guestrooms boast stunning city views and are equipped with premium bedding, a mini-fridge, a spacious bathroom and a dedicated workspace. The hotel's 16 suites are ideal for entertaining VIP guests, celebrating special occasions, or enjoying extended stays. Suites and executive rooms offer exclusive Club Lounge benefits. All guests can enjoy the hotel's fitness center facilities, including a 6,200-square foot (576-square-meter) indoor heated pool and a variety of cardio and strength training equipment.

The hotel also has two distinct fine-dining restaurants: LIUJING 18, a Chinese restaurant and RUI RESTAURANT, an Asian-inspired eatery. LIUJING18 features a curated selection of fresh ingredients blending Cantonese, Sichuan and innovative local Beijing and Tianjin dishes to create a truly tantalizing culinary experience. Inspired by the Nanyang teahouse, RUI RESTAURANT offers a delightful collection of Southeast Asian flavors, catering to Southeast Asian food enthusiasts, couples and business travelers alike. The restaurant specializes in authentic Singaporean and Thai cuisine, complemented by Malaysian and Indonesian dishes. Additionally, the hotel features the LOBBY LOUNGE, an vibrantly designed space that invites guests to unwind and socialize in an elevated yet natural setting. Here, guests can savor a wide range of aromatic Western and Chinese tea beverages, along with delectable light bites, while enjoying the serene ambiance.

The hotel boasts a grand ballroom spanning over 29,000 square feet (2,700 square meters), along with versatile multi-function meeting rooms, offering a diverse range of event spaces. The 16,511-square-foot (1,534-square-meter) grand ballroom and 11 multi-function meeting rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment.  A dedicated banquet team provides comprehensive services, delivering a tailored meeting and banquet experience for guests.
