MSC Canada Launches Webinar Series for Travel Agents

MSC Cruises Canada announced the launch of a webinar series tailored specifically for travel agents in Canada, offered in both English and French.

MSC BDMs Annie Archambault, Mokhtar Kerkeni, Tammy Thompson, and Facinet Yansane will host the webinars.

 The series consists of five webinars that will cover various aspects of MSC Cruises' offerings, from understanding unique selling points to exploring destinations and mastering the MSC Book platform. 

“We recognize the exponential growth and increasing acceptance of our brand across Canada," said Ian Patterson, country manager of MSC Cruises Canada.

"Now is the opportune moment to delve deeper into the MSC brand, which is why we've curated these five webinars. Our aim is to equip our valued travel agents with the knowledge and resources necessary to authentically represent MSC Cruises and deliver outstanding service to their clients.”
