Riviera River Cruises Extends At-Par Incentive for Canadians

Riviera River Cruises has announced another extension of its at-par incentive for Canadian travel advisors to book clients on European river cruises.

The incentive allows bookings for 2023 departures in Canadian dollars equivalent to the prices listed in U.S. dollars, providing savings through the exchange rate differential. Originally set to expire at the end of JUN, the incentive will now be available until the end of JUL.

“Booking in Canadian dollars at par with U.S. prices remains a great way to save on a cruise with Riviera, so we’re extending our incentive for another month, through the end of July,” said Marilyn Conroy, Riviera River Cruises’ Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing North America.

“For Canadian travel advisors whose clients are still considering European travel this year, now is the perfect time to take advantage of the exchange rate and sail the Rhine, Danube, Rhone, Douro or another river this summer or fall.”

For example, with the at-par incentive, a Blue Danube river cruise priced at $2,929 USD per person, when booked at $2,929 CAD, results in savings of approximately $714 USD or $944 CAD based on the exchange rate on 30JUN.

Details of the incentive:

  • Book in CAD equivalent to prices listed in USD.
  • Valid on new bookings of 2023 departures made through 30JUN, 2023.
  • Not valid for single-occupancy cabins; solo traveler cruises excluded.
  • Available exclusively to Canadian travel advisors.
