Atlas Ocean Voyages Launches Guest Loyalty Program

Atlas Ocean Voyages has introduced Atlas Yacht Club, five-tiered benefits program to reward brand loyalty for past guests.

“Atlas was founded on uniquely offering immersive expeditions aboard luxury yachts, so we’ve taken an equally unique approach designing our loyalty program,” said James Rodriguez, president and CEO of Atlas Ocean Voyages. “I have met many customers who rebook while on board because they crave another adventure with us. This new program is our way of thanking them for their commitment to the brand.”

Guests are automatically enrolled in the Atlas Yacht Club when they are booked on their first sailing. Using their loyalty number, they can register at MyAtlas to indicate their personal preferences such as mini-bar beverages, preferred bed configuration, parka and rubber boot sizes, and any special requests such as distilled water for sleeping devices. As a member of this exclusive club, they can enjoy additional benefits, such as savings on select voyages, private cocktail parties with the captain and senior officers, and onboard credits up to $200 per guest.

The loyalty program offers purple, bronze, silver, and gold membership levels based on number of nights sailed, culminating with the Captain’s Yacht Club for guests who sail for 201 nights or more.
