TTC Tour Brands Merge Loyalty Programs to Help Advisors Cross-Sell

TTC Tour Brands has unified six tour brand loyalty programs: Trafalgar, Insight Vacations, Luxury Gold, Costsaver, Brendan Vacations and Contiki have now aligned under one customer rewards program - Global Tour Rewards.

According to the company, merging all current loyalty programs into one place, gives agents a new angle to re-engage past guests, cross-sell brands within the portfolio and encourage clients to travel again.

Plus, it says it provides a more tangible benefit offer to sell to new prospects: tour with TTC and become a member of the Global Tour Rewards program, providing benefits across over 1000 tours built for every taste, place and pace, ranging from luxury to budget travel.

New Program Benefits

Global Tour Rewards members receive

  • exclusive pricing with a 5 per cent discount on guided tours,
  • exclusive first-release access to new trips and offers,
  • access to members-only events, and
  • special recognition from Travel Directors on their next trip.

TTC notes that benefits are valid across every TTC Tour Brand. Terms and conditions apply.

“When we created TTC Tour Brands, our mission was to provide a comprehensive range of touring options for every type of traveller, whatever their budget, style of travel or personal preference. This new single loyalty benefits program is another great step towards achieving that mission,” Melissa DaSilva, President of TTC Tour Brands North America, commented.

“We are excited to further connect our brands and give people around the world a plethora of unique travel experiences, ranging from the adventurous, to the luxurious, to the idiosyncratic. Our unified loyalty program provides the perfect opportunity for agents to present the brands together as one connected entity.” she concluded.

With a background in broadcast news and travel lifestyles TV production, Lynn is just as comfortable behind or in front of the camera as she is slinging words into compelling stories at her laptop. Having been called a multi-media ‘content charmer’, Lynn’s other claim to fame is the ability to work 24/7, forgoing sleep until the job is done. Documented proof exists in a picture of Lynn at the closing celebrations of an intense week, standing, champagne in hand - sound asleep. That’s our kind of gal.
