Club Med Québec Charlevoix is welcoming guests for its first spring season with a range of wellness and luxury activities and offerings. Travellers can discover the natural beauty of Charlevoix with a number of outdoor adventures, relaxing activities and a farm-to-table culinary journey inspired by the region.

Wellness Offerings

Club Med Québec Charlevoix hosts a variety of all-inclusive and à la carte activities intended to achieve a sense of wellbeing. Guests can look forward to rest and relaxation with an array of yoga and meditation classes, a dedicated wellness space and service offerings at the Club Med Spa by Sothys.

  • Yoga & Meditation: Travellers can enjoy a yoga program with over 35 hours of yoga and meditation classes each week, with new variations of relaxing sessions. Guests can discover ChromaYoga or light therapy yoga that uses various colours to help change an individual’s mood or opt for a sound bath meditation class that uses sound to guide participants through a deep meditative state. Guests can also try mountain top yoga where guests will disconnect in the wilderness
  • A Wellness Bubble: With an entire floor dedicated to health, guests can visit the fitness centre and cardio room or participate in a selection of curated workout classes including spin. Vacationers can enjoy views of the St. Lawrence River as they unwind in the largest indoor heated pool (23m) of any Club Med mountain resort. For added leisure, individuals can visit the included Hammam and outdoor jacuzzi.
  • Club Med Spa by Sothys: French luxury spa brand Sothys, known for its natural ingredients and treatments, has opened its third North American spa at the resort. Since 1946, Sothys has represented French treatments and products used across the world. Dedicated to the body and mind, the Club Med Québec Charlevoix Spa by Sothys has seven single treatment rooms and one double treatment room. The spa has a terrace and relaxation area, cold and hot therapy pathways, a sauna and a unique snow fountain.

Spring into Action

As the warmer weather approaches, guests are invited to store their ski gear and try a range of resort activity offerings including hiking, trail running, the indoor circus school and more.

  • Hiking School: Spring brings the opening of Club Med Québec Charlevoix’s hiking school. Focused on nature and discovering the beauty of the Charlevoix region, the hiking program offers a range of themed guided hikes for every interest and skill level. Guests can spot local fauna and flora, learn how to build a fire, discover seasonal edible treats and more. Hikes depart at 9:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. local time daily and vary depending on theme and difficulty.
  • Circus School: Vacationers of all ages can take advantage of the resort’s all-inclusive indoor circus school, where guests are invited to live a one-of-a-kind immersive experience. Trapeze, juggling and percussion techniques are only some of the skills taught by experts at Club Med Quebec Charlevoix.
  • Trail Running: Seasoned and beginner runners can explore the many trails around the picturesque resort.

For travellers looking to explore the beauty of Québec, Club Med offers a collection of spring excursions for the whole family.

  • Québec City Tour: Only an hour from the resort, Club Med offers various Québec City tours allowing guests to take in the French-Canadian heritage.
  • Charlevoix Train and visit of Baie St. Paul: From end of MAY, for travellers looking to immerse themselves in the local culture, can book the Charlevoix Train that will take passengers along the St. Lawrence River to visit Baie St. Paul, which offers multiple art galleries and curiosities throughout.
  • Huron Wendate Museum: An immersive experience and institution created to preserve the heritage of the Wendat people and the arts of the First Nations.
  • Gourmet Tours: Culinary inspired experiences are offered for foodies looking to treat their taste buds with traditional Québécois cuisine.
  • Trekking with Alpacas: For those looking for an adventure with animals, travellers can enjoy a one-of-a-kind experience with alpacas.

A Culinary Experience

Club Med Québec Charlevoix offers guests a gourmet dining experience with three restaurants and one bar.

The resort’s array of all-inclusive dining options celebrates both classic Canadian and French cuisine. Each restaurant's menu offerings are modified throughout the year to follow the seasons and use the local products available. All menus include vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.
