Three new resorts have just reportedly opened in the Dominican Republic, including Radisson Blu Resort & Residence Punta Cana, Finest Punta Cana, and Margaritaville Island Reserve by Karisma Cap Cana.
Radisson Blu Resort & Residence Punta Cana
This new property is part of Aimbridge Hospitality's entrance into the Dominican Republic market and the all-inclusive segment. According to Caribbean News Digital, Radisson Blu Resort & Residence Punta Cana is located along "Coconut Coast" in the Cabeza market and minutes away from PUJ.
The resort features 163 suites ranging from one- to three-bedrooms, each with "spa-like" bathrooms. Guests can dine at six all-inclusive restaurants and bars, and enjoy other amenities such as a spa and wellness center, a kid's club, and a "lagoon-style" pool.
Radisson Blu Resort & Residence Punta Cana also features indoor, outdoor, and waterfront venues to host a variety of gatherings with approximately 3,400 square feet of meeting and banquet space.

Finest Punta Cana
The family-friendly property is the Excellence Collection's newest hotel in Punta Cana. Finest Punta Cana has 455 suites in total with a mix of rooftop, swim-up and larger family suites.
Caribbean Journal reports that Finest Punta Cana will also have an adults-only Excellence Club, with additional amenities, complimentary hydrotherapy, a private beach, and more.
Other amenties at Finest Punta Cana include seven pools, 10 dining options, 15 bars, a kids club, its ONE Space with hydrotherapy options, as well as fitness and meeting facilities.

Margaritaville Island Reserve by Karisma Cap Cana
This new property associated with singer Jimmy Buffet is the second to open as a result of the partnership between Margaritaville and Karisma. The two brands previously announced the opening of Margaritaville Island Reserve Riviera Cancun on 01JUL 2021, marking the debut of Margaritaville's new luxury Island Reserve concept.
Reports describe Margaritaville Island Reserve by Karisma Cap Cana, located on Cap Cana’s Juanillo Beach with a total of 228 suites, as well as 40 luxury villas. Three different categories of swim up suites are available for guests, including beachfront honeymoon swim-up suites; swim-up premium suites and swim-up junior luxury suites.
Margaritaville Island Reserve by Karisma Cap Cana offers amenities such as a pool and spa, six restaurants, and five bars, including two swim-up bars.
