MSC Cruises announces that the MSC Seaside will spend a season in the Mediterranean for the first time with a private beach experience and on-shore activities in Taranto.
Under MSC Cruises’ current health and safety protocol, ashore visits are possible only as part of a protected excursion, so that guests go ashore while maintaining a safe social bubble. However, MSC Cruises has developed a special offering in Taranto so that MSC Seaside guests can spend a day at the beach safely.
MSC Guests will be able to spend a day at a Blue Flag beach by the Ionian sea at specific times, with "bubble transfers" assisting for travel to the beach and back. Three lidos on the Marina di Taranto will also be exclusively their guest use during set periods, with beach beach facilities and equipment included.
In addition, MSC Cruises is offering a variety of protected activities in Taranto area, including tours in the city, caves, and surrounding areas. Guests will be able to partake in these activities while maintaining a social bubble.
The MSC Seaside will join the MSC Grandiosa in the Mediterranean on MAY1 with a new itinerary and 7-night cruises. Cruises include visits to Genoa, Valetta, Siracrusa, Civitavecchia, and Taranto.
MSC Seaside and MSC Grandiosa itineraries are currently available to residents from Schengen countries and Bulgaria, Croatia, and Romania.
