ACV's Marco Gagnon Named GM Sales for Eastern Canada; Guy Marchand Retiring

Air Canada Vacations has announced the appointment of Marco Gagnon to the role of General Manager, Sales for Eastern Canada, and at the same time announced that Guy Marchand, current General Sales Manager for Quebec, has decided to retire at the end of JUN.

“Throughout Marco’s time as an Area Sales Manager and Groups Supervisor at Air Canada Vacations, he has been integral at forging relationships with key players in our industry and supporting suppliers and trade partners,” said Nino Montagnese, Vice President at Air Canada Vacations.

“We’d like to congratulate Marco on his new role and wish Guy all the best in his retirement.”

In his new role, effective since 23MAY 2022, Marco will be responsible for the implementation of the sales strategy in the Quebec and Atlantic markets. Additionally, he will oversee the Area Sales Managers to maintain trusting relationships and engage travel agent partners on ACV products.

Led by Marco Gagnon, Air Canada Vacations’ Eastern Canada Sales team consists of Jean-Luc Tremblay, Judy Munden and Helena Silva.
