The Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) has suspended the registration of Temple & Temple Tours Inc. (TICO Registration # 2970024), a Toronto-based travel agency specializing in educational tours for students.
The agency must immediately cease all travel sales and counselling activities.
TICO has proposed to revoke its registration due to alleged financial irresponsibility and violations of the Travel Industry Act, 2002, raising concerns about the agency's future compliance with the law and ethical conduct.
Temple & Temple Tours Inc. is entitled to a hearing by the Licence Appeal Tribunal.
