
Onvigo completed its first Familiarization (FAM) trip, which involved 11 independent advisors, 2 executive members: director of operations Shean Carmichael and director of marketing Angela Bokma, and Brian Joseph, the Hyatt Inclusive Collection (HIC) BDM.
The Cancun event included various HIC properties.
Air Transat and Voyzant provided flights.

Participants engaged with the destination by completing an educational module on the Confidant Collective platform. Onvigo said advisors were also required to set up their social media profiles so they could share their experiences with followers and clients to inspire future travel sales.
To support sustainability, Onvigo partnered with Trees4Travel, gifting 25 trees to each toured property totalling 150 trees.
The properties visited include Hyatt Vivid Grand Island, Dreams Vista Cancun Golf & Spa Resort, Breathless Cancún Soul Resort & Spa, Dreams Playa Mujeres Golf & Spa Resort, and Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres.

“For some of the FAM participants, this was a first time to Cancun or even Mexico. Additionally, a first for some staying at any of the HIC properties anywhere in the world," said Shean Carmichael, Director of Onvigo Operations.
