Jeff Carpenter Returns to TravelBrands as Strategic Account Manager

TravelBrands announced the return of Jeff Carpenter as Strategic Account Manager, a newly created position aimed at strengthening relationships with retail partners across Canada.

The role will support home-based consortium accounts.

Carpenter brings over 20 years of industry experience and an extensive understanding of the evolving travel landscape. His expertise in fostering strong partnerships positions him well to identify growth opportunities and offer tailored solutions for TravelBrands' retail partners.

This is not Carpenter’s first tenure with TravelBrands—he previously served as Business Development Manager for Western Canada. In his new national role, he will work coast to coast, leveraging his experience.

“We’re excited to welcome Jeff back to the TravelBrands family,” said Bruce Lidberg, Director of Sales at TravelBrands. “Having worked alongside Jeff for many years, I have seen firsthand his dedication, strategic mindset, and ability to build lasting relationships. His return underscores our commitment to providing top-tier support and solutions to our valued retail partners.”
