Couples Resorts has announced Francine Allen will head sales for the Canadian market.

Desirée Rolle recently left the director of sales role at Couples to join Exoticca as director of sales for Eastern Ontario.

In her new role, Allen will oversee four properties—Couples Tower Isle, Couples Sans Souci, Couples Swept Away, and Couples Negril.

She has over two decades of experience in the industry, including senior management with Air Canada and hotel operations at Sandals Resorts and Unique Vacations.

“Francine is an exciting addition to our team, and we are confident her experience, customer intelligence, and established relationships will lead us to collective success,” Pauline Pigott, VP of Sales, North America at Couples Resort, stated in a press release.
