Ensemble has announced several executive appointments and organizational changes.
“We have been laser-focused on building the new Ensemble over the past year with a priority on acquiring and developing some of the industry’s top talent,” said Michael Johnson, president of Ensemble.
Beth Butzlaff, an industry veteran, has joined as SVP of Global Partner Relations, while Jennifer Dzialo has moved to Navigatr Group to support growth across all brands.
Shelly Ransom and Ron Bentley will focus on new agency business development and acquisition. Mark Stubbert will assume the role of VP of Member Relations.
Additionally, David Harris is stepping down as executive chairman to align with Ensemble's post-acquisition strategy and new executive appointments.
Earlier this year, Open Jaw reported on the one-year anniversary of Ensemble's acquisition by Navigatr. At the celebration event, Johnson recapped the transformation the agency has undergone in the past year and highlighted what's to come.
"This past year has been about rebuilding and reimagining what Ensemble could be and how it could transform our business, our members’ businesses and the consortium model,” he said. “Having successfully created that foundation, we are now focused on growth."
Ensemble will convene the entire consortium at its Horizons event 02NOV - 06NOV, in Las Vegas, with a theme of Level Up! to promote continuous learning and progress.
