Hyatt's Impression by Secrets Launches Second Supper Club in Mexico

Impression Isla Mujeres by Secrets

Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced the return of the Impression Makers Supper Club, a series of exclusive dining experiences from the Impression by Secrets brand, which is part of Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection, in collaboration with some of the most talented chefs in the world.

This year’s edition will feature Michelin-starred Chef Stefano Secchi from New York City’s Rezdôra and the newly opened Massara restaurants.

Less than one year after its successful debut, the 2024 Impression Makers Supper Club will offer exclusive, in-destination dinner experiences at Impression Moxché by Secrets and Impression Isla Mujeres by Secrets resorts in Mexico. The Impression Makers Supper Club will offer guests a special tasting menu crafted by Chef Secchi alongside the talented Impression by Secrets culinary team.

Diners will have the option to choose their preferred culinary destination in an intimate setting.

Impression Moxché by Secrets

September 26: Taking place at Allora, the collaboration dinner with Chef Secchi and Impression Moxché by Secrets’ executive chef, Orlando Trejo, is inspired by Rezdora’s signature Emilia-Romagna cuisine. In this menu, Chef Secchi and Chef Trejo will present dishes that blend contemporary Italian roots with elements of Mexican cuisine, creating a fusion of vibrant, bold flavors and refined elegance.
Impression Isla Mujeres by Secrets

September 28: A collaboration dinner at Spezia will feature dishes by Chef Secchi inspired by his newest culinary concept Massara and signature items by Chef Paolo Parlanti, Impression Isla Mujeres by Secrets’ master chef. The tasting menu will pay homage to Italy’s Campania region with traditional antipasti and grilled seafood contrasted by the signature Mayan, Spanish, and Caribbean flavors from the Yucatan Peninsula.
The $200 per person eight-course dinner and wine pairings has limited seating and is available to resort guests and locals alike. For guests looking to indulge beyond the events, the collaboration with Chef Secchi will continue with select menu options available at both resorts throughout 2024.

“Curating unforgettable and unexpected culinary experiences for guests is at the heart of the Impression by Secrets brand philosophy,” said Melanie Benozich, associate vice president, marketing & global brands, Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection. “The Impression Makers Supper Club provides a unique, intimate platform for guests seeking an epicurean adventure that influences trends, inspires creativity, and awakens the senses beyond taste.”

The Impression by Secrets brand debuted in Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection in 2022 with the opening of Impression Moxché by Secrets, followed by Impression Isla Mujeres by Secrets in 2023. Offering upscale luxury, guests of both resorts can experience unparalleled service in a tranquil stay custom-tailored to guests’ preferences, with inclusions such as personalized butler service, a complimentary 20-minute wellness experience, gourmet à la carte dining options and 24-hour private in-suite dining tailored to the most discerning travelers seeking the highest level of luxury and unmatched service and more.

“Food has this incredible power to connect us and take us on a journey,” says Chef Stefano Secchi. “Through local flavors and creative dishes inspired by the local community, we’re not just sharing a meal but also stories that bring us closer together. This collaboration celebrates long-lasting memories that celebrate the art of cuisine and the joy of gathering around the table.”
