Kensington Tours Launches Private Villa Portfolio

Kensington Tours says it is responding to the demand for more private luxury accommodations coupled with personalized private guided activities and curated experiences as it launches Beyond Villas by Kensington Tours.

The tour operator's new product takes a “villa and beyond” approach, including luxurious private residences featuring amenities such as pools, Jacuzzis, private in-home gyms, expansive gardens, and more coupled with a range of add-on services including private chef, butler, in-villa spa treatments, and even yoga or fitness instructors for private sessions. Private guided tours, yacht charters and private jet services are all part of the villa offering.

The portfolio includes an initial collection of more than 760 properties located in destinations in the Caribbean, Europe and South Africa with plans to expand the portfolio in Spring 2023 with an additional 200 plus properties across several continents. There will also be a select offering of villas in the United States in Hawaii and high-end ski destinations.

“Beyond Villas by Kensington Tours is a natural outgrowth of the increased demand for private luxury accommodations combined with the interest in highly curated personalized experiences whether it’s a chef preparing gourmet meals or organizing a private yacht charter,” says Helen Giontsis, President of Kensington Tours.

“We have thoughtfully and intentionally created this collection of villas that meet the needs and standards of our clients and couple them with access to the best private guides and experts to complement the accommodations with an exclusive itinerary that is unique to what we do at Kensington Tours.”

Guests can choose from fully curated itineraries or work with one of Kensington’s Villas Specialists to create their own. Sample itineraries include:

Caribbean: Travelers can choose from an array of villa options across the region’s toniest islands including St. Bart’s, Punta Cana, St. Martin, Anguilla and others. The experience is distinguished from other high-end trips at top resorts or residential homes are the addition of private planes, catamarans, immersive local tours and personal guides for distinct luxury yet private experiences.
