Carnival’s New Deployment Plans: More Europe and Celebration Key

Carnival Miracle

Carnival Cruise Line has rolled out new deployment plans. Chief among them, the Carnival Miracle is set to offer European cruises in the summer of 2025. New cruises for 2025-26 have also been launched from Miami, Tampa, Port Canaveral, and New Orleans.

Highlighting the new itineraries, Carnival has incorporated 100 cruises that will dock at their new destination: Celebration Key.

Carnival Miracle's European Cruises, Summer 2025:

In 2025's summer, the Carnival Miracle, capable of hosting 2,124 guests, will sail 16 cruises departing from three European homeports: Lisbon, Portugal; Dover (London), U.K.; and Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy.

Some highlights:

  • The season's inaugural cruise sets sail from Lisbon, stopping at La Coruna and Bilbao in Spain, and Le Verdon (Bordeaux) and Le Havre (Paris) in France, before concluding in Dover.
  • From Dover, nine to 15-day itineraries are available across several European regions. Stops include the British Isles (like Belfast and Liverpool), Spain, Portugal, France, and further north to Iceland and the Baltic Sea regions.
  • A 15-day journey connects Dover and Civitavecchia, cruising through France, Spain, Portugal, and Italy.
  • Cruises departing Civitavecchia will span eight to 14 days, covering key port cities in Italy, Turkey, and Greece.
  • The European series will include a 14-day Carnival Journeys cruise from Civitavecchia to Tampa, Florida.

Following its European series, the Carnival Miracle will set its base in Tampa for varied cruises throughout late 2025 and 2026.

Celebration Key Itineraries:

Carnival's Celebration Key, opening bookings as of 17OCT and launching in summer 2025, now includes 500 itineraries, including 100 new sailings. A total of 18 Carnival ships will depart from nine U.S. homeports to dock at Celebration Key.

  • The Port of Tampa has added Carnival Paradise, which offers four- to six-day cruises.
  • PortMiami will see ships like Carnival Horizon, Carnival Magic, and Carnival Sunrise, all with itineraries with stops at Celebration Key and other destinations.
  • From Port Canaveral, Carnival Vista's schedule will include Celebration Key visits and other Caribbean destinations.
  • Also from Port Canaveral, Carnival Venezia has cruises planned, including a tour through Central Florida and the Panama Canal.

Carnival is introducing new cruises on Carnival Valor from New Orleans; these range from shorter four- and five-day journeys to longer expeditions, including two Carnival Journeys cruises that sail the Atlantic Ocean.

The cruise line says all the latest additions to its sailing schedule are now open to the public.
