Regent Seven Seas Cruises has launched "Regent Elevate," its new agent program providing three new incentives: "Elevated Insights," Elevated Support," and Elevated Growth" opportunities.

"Rewarding their dedication, expertise, and passion, Regent Elevate is an extraordinary new program created exclusively with our Travel Partners in mind, focused on providing marketing insights, unrivaled sales support, and growth-enhancing opportunities."

 Elevated Insights

Elevated Insights will offer travel advisors training, market research and data to help target Regent guests, as well as guidance on marketing disciplines from Regent's "in-house experts." According to Regent, as part of Regent ElevateRSSC University has been revamped and relaunched with new graduate degree levels and courses. A new Master's degree includes courses such as The Regent Guest, Epicurean Perfection, Personalized Service, and Luxurious Space.

Regent said it has also doubled its RSSC University bonus commission amount from USD $100 to USD $200 for each new reservation submitted within 120 days following degree completion.

Additionally, Regent is partnering with The Travel Institute, offering 100 advisors the chance to receive a sponsored scholarship to become a Certified Travel Associate. Regent said the newly revised, self-paced Certified Travel Associate program covers 15 areas of study focusing on the skills needed to succeed as a travel consultant in North America today.

"We are also proud to be partnering with The Travel Institute and providing support for 100 scholarships for Travel Advisors to increase their travel qualifications and elevate their career and prospects."

Elevated Support

The sales and marketing tool includes an online marketing asset portal, Marketing CentralIn collaboration with hotel strategist Larry Mogelonsky, MBA, P. Eng, Regent has created a webinar focusing on how Regent stands in comparison to luxury hotel land-based vacations, complemented by a comprehensive luxury hotel comparison toolkit.

"The new tools we have developed for our valued Travel Partners will assist in articulating the outstanding value found with a Regent cruise and will help them showcase the unrivaled Regent experience for their luxury hotel clients to enjoy again and again - all while helping them earn more."

Invitations to the new webinar and access to the sales toolkit will be sent in late SEP.

Elevated Growth

Elevated Growth includes access to Regent incentives, promotional offers, and earning "Commissions-with-a-Comma." Regent is also offering a USD $250 Gift Card incentive in OCT for any newly deposited 2024 bookings.
