American Cruise Lines has announced the launch of its new Tennessee River Cruises, which will operate throughout the summer between Nashville and Chattanooga in Tennessee.
The eight-day cruises will take guests through various towns along the Tennessee Valley and the Appalachian Mountains, including stops in Decatur, AL; Florence, AL; Savannah, TN; Paducah, KY, as well as sailing the Cumberland River and exploring Lake Barkley and the Land Between the Lakes.
American Cruise Lines also offers complimentary pre-cruise hotel stays in both departure cities, Nashville and Chattanooga. In addition, the line offers a special two-night Grand Ole Opry Pre-Cruise Package in Nashville, which includes a stay at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center, tickets to a Grand Ole Opry show, a Nashville City Exploration tour, breakfast, and transportation to the ship on the morning of embarkation.
The 2023 cruises will run from JUN to AUG on three of American Cruise Lines' Mississippi riverboats, including the recently christened American Serenade. The Tennessee River cruises will be offered again in 2024, with an extended season from MAY to early NOV.
