Porter Adds Montreal-Newark Daily Flights

Porter Airlines announced new flights connecting Montréal Trudeau Airport (YUL) and Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), beginning 01JUN 2025, with one daily roundtrip flight, increasing to two times daily for the summer season.

Flights will be operated on Porter’s 78-seat De Havilland Dash 8-400 aircraft. Travellers will enjoy no middle seats, free premium snacks, and complimentary beer and wine in glassware. Passengers purchasing the PorterReserve fare will also enjoy enhanced legroom, priority check-in and boarding, and checked bags included.

The flights join the airline’s existing service to Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ) and Ottawa International Airport (YOW).

Starting this spring, the Newark route also complements a new Toronto Pearson - LaGuardia route.

A number of connections to Porter’s domestic network are available via Montréal, including Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, and Halifax.

In addition, these new flights are timed to enable connections to Air Transat’s European network beyond Montréal.
