Air Transat has expanded its virtual interlining service by adding two new airline partners.
Through the connectair by Air Transat platform, travellers can combine Air Transat flights with Jet2.com and Air Mauritius, providing access to over 280 additional destinations worldwide.
"Thanks to its partnership with Air Mauritius, Air Transat now offers easy access to the wonders of Mauritius via a connection at Paris-Charles de Gaulle or London-Gatwick," Air Transat stated in a press release.
Air Transat's partnership with British low-cost airline Jet2.com allows it to serve several new destinations in the United Kingdom, including Leeds Bradford, Birmingham, Newcastle and East Midlands.
Connections are available through the search engine on airtransat.com and through some flight aggregators.
The booking also includes an assistance service in case of flight delay or cancellation.
