Lynx Does Mexico with Daily Flights from Toronto to Cancun

Lynx Air (Lynx) has announced its expansion into Mexico, connecting Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) with Cancun International Airport (CUN).

Cancun will be the ultra-low-cost carrier's first destination in Mexico, with flights from Toronto starting 15FEB 2024. Cancun joins the list as Lynx's 18th destination, making Mexico the third country on its expanding network.

Tickets to Cancun go on sale 25OCT, with fares starting from CAD $179 one way, including taxes and fees.

The airline has launched a limited-time seat sale, offering up to 25 percent off all base fares to and from Cancun and other sun destinations, using the promo code: CANCUN

We are thrilled to be offering an ultra-affordable option to Cancun, one of the most popular sun destinations in Mexico," said Vijay Bathija, Chief Commercial Officer of Lynx. "By choosing Lynx, Canadians can save on the journey and spend more on their sun-soaked getaway."

"Demand for Cancun continues to be incredibly high for passengers travelling from Toronto Pearson," said Janik Reigate, Director of Strategic Customer Relationships, GTAA. "We welcome Lynx's new service as it will provide passengers with another option to fly to the sunny beaches of Mexico."
