Air Canada has added a new international destination for Canadians. Beginning 01JUN, the airline will fly direct from Toronto Pearson to Sacramento International Airport. The YYZ - SMF route will operate four times weekly.
Visit California points out that in addition to providing Canadians the opportunity to explore "one of California’s most sustainable destinations, this new route gives Canadians access to the surrounding areas of iconic Napa Valley and Sonoma wine country, Lake Tahoe, and Yosemite National Park. It is also a quick drive to San Francisco and the Pacific Ocean."
