Trudeau: Supports Restricting Interprovincial Travel to Stem Spread of ‘Brazil Variant’ from BC

The PM spoke to CBC Radio in support of BC Premier John Horgan, who indicated he’s considering restricting travel in and out of that province, similar to moves by Canada’s Atlantic and Arctic regions. BC’s current wave of COVID-19 includes cases of the ‘Brazil variant’ for the first time in Canada.
