Accor Launches Website Showcasing Residential Offerings with Short Term Rental Options

Accor has launched a new website to showcase its collection of branded residence offerings available across the Accor and Ennismore networks. The company currently operates more than 70 branded residences around the world under 16 different brands, including privately owned apartments, villas and chalets. Most of the properties are co-located with an Accor-managed hotel, though there are some standalone residential projects in the works. According to 2021 data from Savills International Development Consultancy, the branded residences sector is expected to maintain its presence and also continue to grow.
