The first annual Food + Drink Experience will be held at the Royalton CHIC Suites Cancun Resort & Spa, from 19 to 26SEP 2021. It's not just a first for the all-inclusive resort. It's also a first for Cancun.

The week-long event will feature the culinary stylings of sixteen renowned international chefs.
Canadian celebrity BBQ chef Ted Reader will be among the featured culinary experts along with other celebrity chefs Aarón Sánchez, Ray “Dr. BBQ” Lampe, Dean Max, Cindy Hutson, Rick Moonen, Bernard Guillas, Tim Grandinetti, Jorge Valencia, Federico Lopez, Reyna García, Cesar Castañeda, Alfredo Romero, Freddy Chi, Carlo Magno, and Zaida Fernandez.
The event will provide guests the opportunity to get close with chefs and culinary creators to explore flavours and ingredients straight from Cancun. The Food + Drink Experience will see events such as cooking exhibitions from Chef Cesar Castañeda and Chef Jorge Valencia, a beach barbecue with the Freddy Chi, a signature barbecue pairing hosted by Chefs Ted Reader and Ray Lampe, Chocolate and Mezcal pairings with Chef Benjamin Nava, the first ever Mexican Caribbean Tiki Mixology Competition and more.
