
Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts debut a revamped travel advisor initiative called the Sandals Elite Advisor (S.E.A.) Program.
The new program offers tools, support systems, and rewards designed to enhance collaboration with travel agencies and recognize advisor loyalty.
The S.E.A. Program has a tiered status system, offering exclusive benefits to advisors who register commissionable bookings of three nights or more. This structure encourages growth and rewards loyalty, providing advisors with new tools and support systems to enhance their sales capabilities.
A important feature of the program is the support network. Advisors have access to dedicated Business Development Managers and specialized call centre teams, ensuring they have the resources they need. The Travel Advisor Portal serves as a central hub for information and booking management, streamlining the process for advisors.

An updated Travel Advisor Dashboard will appear in the ‘My Bookings’ section of the advisor’s account, with all new dials and bars showing total lifetime, travelled and future bookings – along with a new dial to track revenue for current year and tracking towards potential Chairman’s Royal Club (CRC) membership.
