Following news that Portugal will reopen to American travellers, TAP Air Portugal is expending its service to all nine of its North American Gateway cities, including its two Canadian airports: YYZ and YUL, in JUL 2021.
TAP will be expending its service from the nine North American gateway cities to eight Portuguese destinations, 47 European airports, and 18 African and Middle Eastern destinations.
In JUL, the airline will introduce twice daily service to YYZ, and four times weekly flights to YUL.
In the same month, TAP Air Portugal will return to twice daily service from LIS to EWR, daily service from BOS and IAD, and four-times weekly flights to MIA. Second weekly flights from OPO to EWR will also be reintroduced.
Currently, the airline is operating four times weekly flights from LIS and YYZ. TAP is also currently operating ten weekly flights from LIS to EWR, six weekly to BOS, four weekly to IAD, three weekly from SFO, MIA, ORD, and CUN. It also offers weekly service from OPO to EWR.
With the updated scheduled, TAP will once again operate to almost all of its pre-pandemic North American gateways, with the exception of JFK.
