St. Maarten & Air Canada Vacations Host FAM

The St. Maarten Tourism Bureau, in partnership with Air Canada Vacations, recently hosted a FAM trip for nine travel agents from Maritime Travel.

In early November, advisors from across Canada had the opportunity to explore the island’s resorts through

Trip Highlights Included:

  • Stays at two resorts: Four nights at Sonesta Maho Beach Resort, Casino & Spa and three nights at Divi Little Bay Beach Resort.
  • A culinary cruise: A half-day culinary cruise with Pyratz Gourmet Sailing.
  • Adventurous Zipline Experience: Advisors took to the trees with a zipline adventure at Rainforest Adventures.
  • A Taste of Local Cuisine: From fresh seafood to Caribbean specialties.

The FAM included Air Canada Vacations’ St. Maarten package offerings and Air Canada’s seasonal flights to SXM.

“We were delighted to host Maritime Travel agents from many of Canada’s provinces, as they are important traveler markets for us,” said May-Ling Chun, Director of Tourism at the St. Maarten Tourism Bureau.
