The Toronto Office of the Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO) has named Yuka Suzuki its new Executive Director.
"A seasoned tourism professional with more than three decades of experience, Yuka Suzuki brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her new role," JNTO stated.
Suzuki has spent much of her career fostering connections between Japan and Canada, with previous roles at Destination British Columbia (Tokyo Office) and JTB (one of the largest travel agencies in Japan).
The JNTO says her expertise in destination marketing, media, and public relations, combined with her passion for Japan and Canada, makes her a perfect advocate for Japanese tourism.
