6.8-Magnitude Earthquake Shakes Cuba after Hurricanes and Blackouts

After weeks of blackouts and weather woes, a 6.8-magnitude earthquake struck eastern Cuba on 10NOV. Fortunately this time no immediate damage or injuries were reported.
