Collette’s Encompass Campaign Unveils Four New Tools for Advisors

Collette’s Encompass campaign launch went on the road in October with 12 events across Canada.

The events shared details of the tour operator’s four new tools to support advisors and celebrated the beginning of their 107th season of travel.

Collette’s self-service tools include  MyCollette.  Travel Advisor Portal,  Collette University and the Travel Advisor Resource Guide.

“The Encompass event was a great overview of what Collette can offer you [the advisor] and your guests,” said Lynda Dennis, CTC at the Travel Agent Next Door.

"Along with the Travel Advisor Guide, I feel I have a very good understanding of the product. I spent the afternoon completing the Collette University training," she said. "It is well organized into modules and Kelsie as instructor made the learning quick and fun.”

In addition to the tools, each event launched the beginning of Collette’s 107th year of travel and the 15th anniversary of their Small Group Explorations product line.

“Events like these allow us to get direct feedback and have great conversations,” said Ron Lonsdale, Vice President of Collette.

“By partnering with travel advisors, we’re able to develop and enhance tools that truly help them work more efficiently and sell with confidence.”
