TTAND Coast-to-Coast Roadshows Attract Over 500 Advisors

The Travel Agent Next Door (TTAND) has concluded its annual fall roadshows, which took place in 16 cities across Canada.

TTAND's leadership team, including CEO Flemming Friisdahl, COO Jeff Element, and Director of Marketing Christine Ufniak, hosted the events for their agent partners.

The roadshows visited Halifax, Moncton, Montreal, and several cities in Ontario, including Ottawa, Chatham, London, Oakville, Barrie, North Toronto, and Toronto.

In Western Canada, the shows were held in Winnipeg, Calgary, Red Deer, Edmonton, Vancouver, and Victoria.

Christine Ufniak led a session on managing client databases, while Jeff Element covered cybersecurity and the importance of two-factor authentication.

Agents were also briefed on the upcoming staff retreat in Dubai, where TTAND teams from both Canada and India will meet this fall.

This year’s participating suppliers included Norwegian Cruise Line, Insight Vacations, Playa Hotels & Resorts, Expedia TAAP, and Adventure Canada.
